1. Before enrolling for a kickboxing class, prepare yourself. This means by doing less physical form of exercise to develop endurance. Or see your doctor to check your physical condition most especially to those with asthma, diabetes or heart complications.
2. Check martial arts school that a professional instructor. It should be with martial arts belt to adjust your skills level.
3. Wear proper and comfortable clothing. Learn the basic techniques before doing complicated one’s.
4. Drink water before and after the practice to keep yourself hydrated.
